From what I gathered, it sounds like the black guy said something first and the white man didn't hear him correctly and made a reply that didn't go with what the black guy said first, then that's where the video kicks in. IMO, the white dude tried to diffuse the situation, but ol homeboy wouldn't let it go. He saw that there was a camera on him so he had to be a badass. Well, at least he tried to be a badass and failed.
