let me be clear, I am not debating the people of Teamspeed, I am saying the members are being super gay with their comments instead of constructive...

My blog doesn't get promoted through modeling shoots, but rather targeting pyramid schemes, this model stuff will be on a site of its own once the content is built up to a certain level. We use the models to promote the site in real parties and venues as they work better than guys with cars

Lets be honest...No one really does girls and cars in numbers...some photo guys do one once in a while...or girls themselves...etc...

I post my stuff on L4P, Teamspeed and other forus because I spoke with MTK, DJ and the other guys that run the forums and they are the ones that told me I should post on these respective forums...

If I post a shot in any forum other than photography, there is always one or two people that are straight up rude on teamspeed, others are very constructive and give GREAT feedback via PM and the tread...It gets old after a while to hear the same stuff from folks that have nothing better to show other than disrespectfully critic someone's work when its not even work...it was just pics from a party event we had...WTF

I got frustrated and hint the comment...Its the only Forum where the same people keep giving me crap..."you shouldnt have posted this etc..." But if some old dude that owns a lambo posts some ugly ass 40 yr old wife, everyone thats old is like WOW nice pics...I think it has more to do with jealousy than dislike of the work, which then I simply say...Why comment?

I understand how those forums can be but dont make garbage posts like "teamspeed are retards" on this forum. There is no issue with you expressing your opinion...in fact it is encouraged on this site, but at least back up your post with some facts, examples, stories etc. so we know WTF you are talking about.

I frankly don't get your business model at all and it does look like you're here to promote it, whatever it is. The very name "Secret Entourage" doesn't make sense at its face, sort of like "Lone Rangers", or "Quiet Thunder". If it's secret how can it be an entourage? Right away, the name implies deception from a pure marketing prospective. I then look at the site and it lists consulting, etc., and there is something that doesn't look legit. That's just how you and your site come off. It actually comes off whether you intended or not, as a thinly veiled escort service. I'm not out to bash you or anyone else but your whole image comes off a little on the low rent side.

The other thing is I really like the Lamborghini brand and I know how hard they work to fight the image that some don't care a bit about. I know I do. When I see sleazy looking anything hanging on a Lamborghini it cheapens the brand for all of us who care about the cars and the company. Lamborghini recognized that they were feeding this negative stereotype themselves and changed their selection process when using car models, and it was all for the better.

No issues, just wondering where the team speed reference came from.


Personally, I love pictures with cars and anything else, although I must admit as previously stated, I like blondes and for whatever reason, that one chick looks like a dude.

I think the point is there are many on here, myself included, that see your posts as search engine optimization rather than participation on the forum. Respectfully, I do not get your site and what you are doing there except for driving traffic around keywords, which if that works for your advertisers is a valuable service and good for you.

3L is an open place where you can pretty much say and do as you like. When you do however, be prepared for others to call you on it.

That actually was quite constructive and a fair argument...

1. The teamspeed argument was explained above and apologized for, you can see that 3 posts up I think.

2. There are a few posts that I linked back and are driven to generate traffic. You are absolutely right, others are simply sharing the photos, whic I dont take and dont have non watermarked ones, as my photo guys gives me CDs etc... and I just post em.

3. The getting the site thing is OK...As there is a much bigger picture around the idea that I am working on, think of Secret Entourage as a HUB site for now. I have 7 others sites that are cooking in conjunction and it will all make sense next year. As far as now the keyword optimization is key and necessary and it is working quite well...almost 2700 unique hits daily in less than 10 months. Its fairly decent i would say.

4. I dont know which chick you are referring to that looks like a dude, you can point it out, it would be great to get an honest opinion.

5. I dont mind being called on it at all, I am simply saying in a constructive sense rather than simply saying " Its garbage..." Just like everyone was confused when I said "Teamspeed members are gay" It was too broad and did not create anything other than people getting annoyed as they dont know why and assume I am slamming them...when in reality there was a whole story behind it...that should have been explained from post 1.

6. To the other gentleman's comment about the lamborghini brand...There are much sleezier shots than mine out there...just because Lambo corp believes in showing an image of a particular type of girls associated with their cars, doesnt mean it holds true for all of us. I undertsand your preference in classy over sleezy but you have to realize they dont cater lambo to 25 year olds, and the classy mature ladies appeal to all the mid-older aged folks that usually buy these cars...Few of us are fortunate enough to have done well and bought lambos at a young age, it doe snot mean we are redefining the brand, or trying to mimic Lambo corp's work but instead have fun with our cars with other types of girls that do not appeal to you. I am sorry if its not aligned with your beliefs of the brand, but to each their own as to what they see/believe the car to be.

I have watches your site since you signed up and have seen one of your offer letters to an advertiser; needless to say I am interested in your next steps. I see that you are working very hard with like meta tagged sites and traffic, and 2700 per day is intense for a site that is hard to understand, so it is working. We have no issue helping out and being a part of it. Just find some super hot blonde chicks to take lambo or any other car pictures with.
